About East Bay Family Dentistry
We have looked after families in Oakland and the wider East Bay from the same address since 1998. Some of the children we first saw in the late nineties now bring their own children to us, which is probably the most honest review a dental practice can have.

At East Bay Family Dentistry we are here to remind you that one of your best assets is your smile. The practice was founded in 1998 to provide general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry to the East Bay community, and that remains exactly what we do.
We make it our job to keep up with the developments in dentistry that genuinely benefit patients, rather than the ones that simply sound impressive. Digital X-rays, modern restorative materials and clear aligner therapy as a Platinum Invisalign Provider all earn their place because they make treatment safer, faster or more comfortable.

We tell you what needs doing now, what can safely be watched, and what is purely cosmetic. If a cheaper option would serve you just as well, we will say so.
Prices in Writing
Every treatment plan is itemised and priced before it starts, with your insurance contribution estimated separately. Nobody should be surprised by a dental bill.
Accessible Hours
Evenings until eight on weekdays and full days at the weekend, because losing a day of work to a check-up is why so many people put dentistry off.
Comfort First
Anxious patients are not a nuisance to us, they are most of the population. Tell us how you feel and we will adjust the pace and the approach accordingly.
